There are many factors that influence the prices of our services, whether it is translating, interpreting or a language course. Before we can prepare a FREE calculation with a favourable quotation for you, we need to get some information that is essential to take care of your order.

Translations

• Language combination you require
• Delivery date
• The format of the source text for translation (doc., xls, PDF an others) you send
  
• Your requirements for the graphic layout of the text
  
• Your requirements for proofreading
• Whether or not you have your own terminological reference book or dictionary
• Whether you require a certified translation

Interpreting

• What kind of interpreting (consecutive, simultaneous etc.) you require
• Language combination you require
• Total number of interpreting hours
• Where and when the interpreting takes place
• How many people the interpreting is intended for 
• Character of the interpreting (business meeting, start-up, presentation)
• Whether or not you need interpreting equipment
• Whether you require a court-certified interpreting

Language courses

• What language
• Place of tuition, course
  
• How many students
• What level
• Purpose of the course (a business trip, language exams, school leaving exam etc.)
• How often
• What form (focus on grammar, conversation, interaction etc.)
• What educational material you prefer
• Whether or not you require a native speaker

Based on the information you provide, we will send you a calculation FREE OF CHARGE. The calculation usually contains the following:

• Unit price that is final and fixed (standard pages, hours, lessons)
• Delivery date
• Estimated number of standard pages (SP – 1800 characters, including spaces)
• Discounts provided
